In the smelting process, the injection supplement is under the same high temperature and harsh working environment as the furnace lining, so in addition to high fire resistance, erosion resistance, erosion resistance, peeling resistance, but also must have good attachment with the furnace lining.

② added spinel Cr203, SiC, B4C and others to improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of materials.


③ adds a small amount of organic fibers ranging from 1~5mm long to form a ventilation duct at low temperature, which facilitates the evaporation of water in the binder agent and prevents bursting.


④ Add 0.1~2mm, 10-40mm long metal fiber, used for steel outlet and other parts, to improve the corrosion resistance of the spray fill layer.


⑤ adds some slag of metallurgical furnace to improve the attachment and corrosion resistance of spray supplement.
